Sunrise on Momyer

The thought had crossed my mind to post pictures from yesterday’s summit run of East San Bernardino peak, and then Sonya said she liked to see pictures from America’s wilds, so that pretty much solidified it. Here, then, are some of the wonderful sights I enjoyed during my run yesterday.

Moon over Yucaipa Ridge
Meadowy slopes with Yucaipa Ridge in the background
Sunrise
Through the summer wildflowers
The alpine (subalpine?)
Loma Linda down there somewhere, and Santiago Peak in the Cleveland National Forest off in the distance
Mount San Jacinto behind Yucaipa Ridge
Again, Mount San Jacinto behind Yucaipa Ridge
Mount San Gorgonio, the tallest point out there

  1. Yes to all of the things. I love how just by looking at your pictures I can feel the wild. Those flowers, the mountain, the early morning sun. All the things. Thank you for posting!!
